PRESENTATION.
The course aims at the practical analysis of land valuation as an important field of work and research within land planning. We present real estate research as a possible facet of specialization within the profile of the students, with significant professional potential beyond the mere transactional component of market analysis. It is about providing students with the basic tools for their introduction into the field of consulting: location and market analysis for project development, priority processes, portfolio analysis, etc.
This training action is part of the framework of Collaboration agreement signed between the Territorial Delegation of the College of Geographers and the UNED Associated Center in December 2015. In the University Extension course he also collaborates with UNED Cantabria Department of Procedural Law of the Faculty of Law of the UNED.
